Carousel Kids Consignment policies are designed to provide customers with the highest quality apparel, toys, books and accessories. We would like to apologize in advance to our cosigners, from time to time we may need to pass on perfectly good items, we stock and sell what our customers are looking to purchase and what our inventory needs are at the present time
To help you better understand how we work, please take a moment to read our store policies.

Children should be supervised by a parent at all time for safety reasons. To maintain quality of inventory please ask for assistance to open any packages. Staff we gladly assist you. Please do not allow children to open packages or sit on/in the ride-on toys and baby swings. Carousel Kids Consignment accepts Spring & Summer items February through mid-August, Fall & Winter items September through mid-January, however we reserve the right to make exceptions. Return Policy - Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase with original receipt for a store credit or exchange. All sales are final on clearance items, those items can be re-consigned. Carousel Kids Consignment is not liable for any damage, theft, fire or water damage that may occur to your consigned items. We reserve the right to pull any damaged items off the sales floor.

Management reserves the right to mark down prices or hold sales on consigned items.

All items that are not sold after 60 days are pulled off the floor and donated to a local non-profit organization. Consignors will not be allowed to collect any unsold items. Specialty items may be picked up after 60 with manager's approval. Exp. furniture, electronics, high end merchandise.
